The numerous hours of sunshine on the beautiful high plateau and the sustainable management allow many valuable mountain herbs and grasses to flourish. They are the fodder for our dairy cows - and this high quality of raw materials makes our organic milk so delicious!

The fresh organic milk from our cows is sold in bottles or processed into many other dairy products in the farm dairy. We offer various types of cheese, yoghurt, butter, curd cheese and Scotch of the highest quality.
Our products are made with the greatest care, passion, craftsmanship and experience. The well-being of our cows is our top priority and the work on the farm fills us with real joy - and that is exactly what you can taste in our organic dairy products!

- at the farmer's market in Schladming - every Friday from 8 to 12 o'clock
- in the organic fridge in Aigen im Ennstal - for self-collection
